Sooyoung (SNSD) won 'Best K-Style Award' in SIA 2013
On 24th October, the 2013 'SIA' (Style Icon Awards) was held at Seoul's CJ E&M Center. 2AM's Seulong, Clara and Kang Seung Yeon hosted the show this year. Sooyoung (SNSD) won the 'Best K-Style Award' along with Choi JinHyuk.
Sooyoung took to the stage to accept her award and said, “It’s my first time accepting an award by myself, so I’m nervous and very thankful.”
She added, “Thank you to my family, SONE fans, who always show so much love, SM Entertainment staff, the style team, manager oppas, and the members, who are watching from home. I will say hello again through good music, performances and works.”
The 'SIA' is a ceremony that celebrates fashion in past years and give awards to influential figures. The event also holds a concert and film festival. It also held media artist excavation project. It was aired live on OnStyle, XTM, StoryOn, Olive, tvN, and Mnet in 11 countries and 15 million households around the world.
