The website for TIME magazine has recently released its “Top 10 of Everything 2013″ lists. “I Got A Boy” came in as number 5 on the “Top 10 Songs“, placing higher than other popular artists, including Lorde and Miley Cyrus. The article describes the girls as “a ridiculously effective hook machine”, a pop phenomenon that rivals the likes of One Direction and Katy Perry.
With Girls’ Generation’s win at the YouTube Music Awards last November, their recognition by a popular U.S. magazine only further shows the impact “I Got A Boy” had this year.
